financial resources - obligations

• The financial resources of the Association are:
  
  • registration fees of new members (except associate and honorary members);
    
  • annual subscription of the members (except associate and honorary members);
    
  • extra obligatory charges of members (except associate and honorary members), the amount of which is determined  by a decision of the G.M. after a proposal of the B.G.;
    
  • voluntary contributions by members or non-members;
    
  • donations, inheritances, bequests by members and non-members;
    
  • income from exploitation of the property of the association;
    
  • income from any lawful revenue of the Association’s acts and activities and from any other lawful resource.
    
• Those who offer lump sums or amounts of money in instalments or objects of value over 20 times the amount of annual subscriptions are nominated by the G.M., after a proposal of the B.G., as donors of the Association, provided that they are respectable persons. If the donation is paid in instalments the nomination takes place after the payment of the last instalment.
• Those who offer lump sums or amounts of money in instalments or objects of value over 200 times the amount of annual subscriptions are nominated by the G.M., after a proposal of the B.G., as benefactors of the Association, provided that they are respectable persons.
• Those who offer lump sums or amounts of money in instalments or objects of value over 1000 times the amount of annual subscriptions are nominated by the G.M., after a proposal of the B.G., as great benefactors of the Association, provided that they are respectable persons.
  If the donation is paid in instalments, the second sentence of paragraph 2 of this article applies.
